Torre Melina, A Gran Melia Hotel, Barcelona

The hotel room was really spacious and thoroughly modern and stylish with both a bath and a shower, although the building needed renovations which were available at an extra cost of 100 euros per night, which was a bit unexpected. The service encountered during our stay varied from very helpful suggestions to abrupt interactions. The location near Camp Nou stadium was very convenient for the game but a bit far from downtown. The dining experience was wonderful overall, but the price was on the higher side. The facilities were well-maintained and offer great options.

The hotel was a mixed experience - the rooms were incredibly comfortable like sleeping on clouds, but our request for a quiet room was overlooked, so there was some noise from neighboring bedrooms. The service was outstanding, especially Anna at the reception, but the lack of staff led to slow and flustered service. The location, although not central, was within walking distance to the stadium and great for shopping. The dining options fell short of expectations, and the prices did not justify the average experience. The hotel boasts wonderful facilities like two stunning outdoor pools and a fitness facility, perfect for relaxation and exercise.
